It is a device that determines the location of the apex most accurately with Morita's patented dual-frequency technology. With the special dual-frequency ratio technique it uses, Root ZX mini determines the position of the file with very high accuracy. Because both waves sent verify each other's accuracy. The position of the Flash Bar and Memory Bar can be set as a reference point for canal measurement and enlargement.
Flash bar
The reference point you will take for measurement or enlargement can be set to any desired point between 2 and APEX.
Memory bar
This point can be used to mark the beginning of a sharp curve or to determine a certain distance to the Apex. For example, it can guide the point where you will change files to enlarge the canal. The memory bar can only be set during measurement.
Information indicator
Shows the number of bars up to the flash bar during measurement. In normal time, it shows the program memory number.

The measurement function is activated as soon as the file is inserted into the root canal. The number of bars remaining to reach the pre-set flash bar is shown in the lower-left corner of the screen. When the file tip comes close to the apex, the bar color turns green to alert that the critical area has been reached. The small triangle on the right side of the display indicates the point set for reference. The position of the apex is indicated as APEX on the screen. Measurement bars in this area are pink.
