EXPLICIT CONSENT TEXT FOR COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGES

This text contains my approval regarding the sending of commercial electronic messages and other messages to me by Metco Dental A.Ş. in accordance with the relevant legislation within the scope of the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages; for the purposes of announcing general/special opportunities regarding the services offered, conducting satisfaction surveys regarding the services offered, informing about current developments, sending celebratory messages, sharing content such as presentations and newsletters, and conducting marketing and advertising activities. It also includes my acknowledgement that my contact information, identity information, and marketing information are collected for these purposes to carry out goods/service sales and advertising/campaign/promotion processes; that messages will be sent to me via my preferred channel; that I can change my communication preferences at any time or stop the communication by rejecting the process specified in the messages sent to me without showing any reason; and that I consent to the sending of commercial electronic messages and other messages to me via SMS/text message, automatic calling, phone calling, social media and online advertising networks, e-mail, and other electronic communication tools/channels, the processing of my personal data by Metco Dental A.Ş. in this context, and the transfer of necessary information for this process to business partners.
