Hardware Advantages of SUN-II Dental Autoclave

Water Distiller
Autoclaves must use distilled water as a working medium. Even purified water contains various minerals; evaporation at high temperatures causes calcification. Over time, limescale accumulation can cause steam leakage or narrowing of pipes, and adversely affect pressure and temperature sensors. While sterilizing hollow equipment, limescale can enter small pipes and bearings in a way that affects the performance of the instrument. This demonstrates the importance of using distilled water. It is recommended to use distilled water in clinics, hospitals, laboratories, and other situations, and these devices are the best way to produce distilled water. You just need to fill in normal tap water; then you can get high-quality distilled water. Remember, purified water is not distilled water!

Package Sealing Device
It is recommended to use sterilization packages to store sterilized instruments for a long time and use them safely later. At this point, the package sealing device will be your biggest helper.

SUN Package Sealing Device is at your service with its high-quality stainless steel stylish body and easy-to-change blades.
This ergonomically designed, safety-insulated device is also very easy to use. When the device heats up, the side handle is lowered to seal the package and cut with the movable blade. The product has 5 cm, 7 cm, and 10 cm different width features to meet the sealing requirements of instruments of different sizes.

Medical packages consist of paper and polypropylene layers; the change in strip or text color indicates the end of the sterilization process. You can put instruments that need to be sterilized in sealed packages and store them for a long time.
