Melatherm 10 is compact; with a width of 60 cm, it can be easily mounted on many floor units or under the counter. If Melatherm is to be used free-standing, Melag offers the product with a stainless steel frame. Optionally, it is possible to place a storage unit on the bottom floor of the device. There is a basic basket in Melatherm 10. With a wide variety of trays and accessories available with or without rails, you can create content suitable for the clinic's needs.

An instrument that is packaged and autoclaved can be stored sterile in the package for exactly 6 months without harboring any microorganisms after these processes.

There is a connection tube in the device's chamber that heats the air and sprays it onto the instruments, thus providing active drying. Apart from its own dosing system and active drying system, it also has an integrated documentation system. It has an Ethernet card, can be connected to the network via cable. It has a CF card writer; disinfection data written to this card can be transferred to a computer in Microsoft Notepad or Word format. You can put 4 to 6 of these baskets in the device with an internal volume of 84 liters. The device has an internal volume where you can place a total of 100-150 instruments of at least 30 patients. That is, it protects them from getting dirty again after washing (active drying); the lid does not open before the temperature drops to 70 degrees in the device, so there is no risk of burning your hand.
