The device applies pre-cleaning, cleaning, neutralizing, rinsing, and drying processes. In this process, a basic alkaline cleaning agent is used in the first stage, and an acidic cleaning agent is used to neutralize in the 2nd stage. In the 3rd stage, another substance is used for rinsing. In the 4th stage, washing is performed with hot water at 90 degrees for 5 minutes. In the final stage, active drying is provided with disinfected hot air.

After these processes, many hand instruments not related to blood or instruments without hollows can be used on the next patient without autoclaving. All viruses, bacteria, and fungi die in all these processes. Only organisms called spores survive; spores can only be destroyed by autoclaving. An instrument that is packaged and autoclaved can be stored sterile in the package for exactly 6 months without harboring any microorganisms after all these disinfection and sterilization processes.
