Instrument

This new model Melag dental autoclave with a 200-liter chamber volume can sterilize 70 kg of wrapped instruments in 48 minutes and complete the sterilization process by drying in 30 minutes when fully loaded. When the quick program is preferred, it can sterilize 30 kg of instruments in times reduced to 27 minutes wrapped and 22 minutes unwrapped.

Textile

It also has a textile sterilization capacity of 14 kg. Its chamber is a circular cylindrical tube and does not have corners. Melag states that this geometric shape is the most suitable shape for pressure stabilization. Because there are no weak points inside the chamber and this cylindrical tube is more effective in drying.

Heat Sensors

In the Dental autoclave Melag Cliniclave 45 M, there is a sensor that controls the temperature with 2-degree precision, meaning it keeps the temperature between 134 and 136 degrees. The electronic card of the Dental autoclave Melag Cliniclave 45 M performs calibration automatically. It observes, evaluates, and calibrates the data itself. It does this with platinum heat sensors coded PT 1000.
